Attend a tasting of three of the Franciacorta wines, in the exciting atmosphere of the barrique cellar or, on summer days, in the peace of the park overlooking the vineyard and pond. If lunch or dinner is included>Move to the restaurant with a view over the vineyards.
Meet our chef who will take you on a discovery of local delicacies with a full menu where you will eat some delicious dishes with river and lake specialties, like smoked trout, goat cheese mousse, spicy strawberry sauce, citrus and char risotto, water and coffee.
